How to prepare for your first visit?

Whether it’s your first time or a check-up visit, there are a few things they need to keep in mind when they prepare for your visit. If you’re ready to make an appointment please read the information below. 

To make your visit more efficient we would like to have as much information about you as possible.

  • If you have been following with a rheumatologist in the past, please send us your previous records. 
  • Please bring records of any previous laboratory and imaging studies done.
  • Please bring your medication bottle and a list of previous medications prescribed (even if you are no longer taking them).

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.
